Concept Care Solutions Ltd is a CQC registered domiciliary care provider supplying care services to the community in London, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Northampton and Southend.
Concept Care Solutions provides Field Care Supervisors, Professional Care Support Workers and Care Coordinators that are experienced and fully trained to work with children and adults with a wide range of needs, including those with enduring illnesses, physical or learning disabilities, mental health needs, brain injury and dementia. All care professionals registered with Concept Care Solutions go through rigorous compliance background and DBS (Disclosing and Barring Services) check, and full practical induction training, before being signed off for work.

We provide a flexible service to meet the needs of our individual clients that can range from a 30-minute visit to a full 24-hour live-in care package. Each client is allocated a team of workers who are matched to the individual client's needs ensuring they are comfortable with the service being provided and continuity of care.
