Continuing Healthcare
Continuing Healthcare is NHS-funded care which is provided over an extended period of time to meet any physical or mental health needs that have arisen as a result of disability, an accident or illness.
As a leading independent provider of Continuing Healthcare and provides care on behalf of several PCTs in the UK. We have the capacity to handle multiple referrals across the full spectrum of health needs including palliative care, acquired brain injury, complex cases, respiratory conditions, paediatrics and mental health. Our Continuing Healthcare service enables PCTs to transfer the management and delivery of healthcare packages with varying levels of complexity to the homecare environment.

The aim and purpose of our Continuing Healthcare service is to work in partnership with healthcare professionals and the extended multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe and appropriate package of care for the client.
Specialist Care
We provide high quality complex care such as long-term ventilation, enabling clients to live in their homes. Our staff are thoroughly competent in supporting people at home with complex conditions. We work collaboratively with specialist nurses in the care of service users with conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Chronic Cardiac Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Training
Training can be designed and delivered to meet individual patient’s needs. In all instances, this is managed by our highly skilled and fully qualified managers. We train in a variety of different specialities.
