Concept Care Solutions Ltd offer a Supported Living service in Northampton. Supported Living means that you are supported to live in the way you want. Your housing and support is built around you rather than fitting into a service.

Supported living is not just for people who are more independent. Anyone can have support to live in their own home with the right support
Currently available:
A 3/4 bedded home in Northampton with a shower room downstairs for the residents, alongside a lounge and kitchen diner. The house also has lovely gardens and lots of space. The home is situated in a quiet location and is very accessible to town and on public transport routes.
