Concept Care gets CQC approval to open a new home care service in Southend

Concept Care Solutions Ltd has announced that as part of their continued expansion programme the company has received CQC registration to provide home care services in the Southend area.

The Edgware based domiciliary care agency has been providing care in London and Hertfordshire for 10 years, and also has Northampton branch. They are now looking forward to moving into Essex, where they already run the ‘Home-from-Hospital’ service on behalf of Southend Council.

Sue Gargan, the Registered Care Manager was delighted with the news:

“We have worked extremely hard over the last few months to set up the newest branch of Concept Care here in Southend.

“All the team have contributed to our success in obtaining registration from the Care Quality Commission, which means we are open for business!”
